Satisfaction Guarantee

Crazy Monkey Creations offers an unconditional 30 day money back guarantee on all our non-custom items. If you are not satisfied simply return the item in its original condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price (minus shipping and handling).

Shipping Policy

We ship all items within two business days of your payment clearing our bank. Our shipping charges are calculated based on the estimated total weight of your order. We do not charge a separate handling fee.

If you are in the Colorado Springs area, you may opt to pick up your order in person. If doing so you will be required to pay local sales tax (currently 4.9%). Please contact us and set up an appointment to insure that we will be here when you stop by.

Return Policy

Damaged Items

If your item is damaged during shipping and you selected an insured shipping method (UPS or FedEx), please contact us for instructions on filing a claim with the carrier. However if your order was shipped using an uninsured method (USPS) then please either return the item or send documentation of the damage (a photograph of the item and the packaging) and we will repair, or replace the item.

Incorrect Item

If you are sent the incorrect item, please contact us for instructions on returning it at our cost. We will send you the correct item once we receive the wrong item.

Dissatisfied With Purchase

If for any other reason you are not pleased with your purchase you may return the item at your own cost and we will fully refund your purchase price (not including the price of shipping).

Refund Policy

Any refunds will be issued using the same method used to pay for the order, or at your discretion you may be issued a store credit for 10% more than your refund amount.
